- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Shorter notice may incur a fee or result in loss of the session.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary and will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Online Courses and Digital Downloads
- Digital products are available immediately after purchase. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges are generally not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact us so we can assist.
3. Physical Products
- We carefully select physical products to support your wellness journey, including essential oils and wellness tools.
- Products are sent with care, but we are not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping. Please check your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Some products, including those linked from dōTERRA, are subject to their own policies and terms. Please review those policies on their official website.
- We are not liable for any adverse reactions or misuse of physical products.
