Sarah merges science-based and intuitive emotional release techniques to rebalance body and mind. The process releases deep held beliefs that keep one stuck in negative mindsets to access one’s authentic self. The intuitive technique draws from ThetaHealing® and light language downloads and is combined with mentoring and intuitive healing techniques.
The cellular frequency of negative mindsets can remain locked in organs of the body and create physical ailments, fear or anxiety.
This means that they can also translate into negative experiences in one’s reality and daily life. And when you release them permanently, a positive change in life occurs. Furthermore, we also look at implementing action steps to make the process more effective.
Our lives change for the better when we clear out any limiting beliefs, negative emotions or past traumas. Because the unconscious mind stores these negative mindsets, we often do not realise we have them. Just by recognising them, we can release them permanently. This creates space for positive thoughts to flow in.
Sarah also works on skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis) with homeopathic remedies combined with ThetaHealing®. In a session we can work on releasing beliefs related to skin. Among these are the source of stress or anxiety, aspects of visibility, perception of self and beauty.
We can also look at developing healthy boundaries in relationships – both personal and professional. Therefore, if you are an intuitive, spiritual or introverted person, then these sessions can be particularly beneficial. They will assist you to manage your empathy with the outside world.
