Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sessions
Your session is held with care and intention, as a space set aside just for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with this notice are eligible for a refund, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees (such as Stripe fees). These fees are charged by third-party payment providers and are not returned to us.
If you wish to reschedule your session, we will do our best to offer an alternative time based on availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments without notice, are not eligible for a refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Products
At The Energy Space, all products are offered with care and intention to support your wellbeing.Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns strictly in accordance with consumer regulations. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt in line with your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, herbs, teas)
- Personal care and intimate products (e.g., skincare, wellness tools intended for personal use)
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened or used items cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at sarah@theenergyspace.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where faulty.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please email sarah@theenergyspace.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Returns must be sent to:

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your protection. The Energy Space is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Digital Products — Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products (such as meditations, e-books, guides, and digital courses), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact sarah@theenergyspace.com within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to assist in resolving any access issues.
