Welcome to The Energy Space dedicated to promoting energy therapeutics, sometimes described as 'energy medicine', through the practice of Chinese and Japanese Martial Arts, Yoga and Therapies.
According to quantum theory the future of healing and preventing chronic conditions is to work with the body's natural energy field and its ability to heal itself.
In its most basic form Einstein and quantum physics taught us that human beings are energy bodies where neurological patters such as thoughts and emotions can impact our well-being.
We are all energy beings and vibrate at high or low frequencies, depending on the health of our bodies and mind.
At The Energy Space we work to induce the body to heal itself by harmonising the body's energy field with the mind through different techniques including the use of the breath through the practice of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga and by offering therapies such as Reiki and Reflexology.

The regular practice of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Shaolin Kungfu as practiced by Shaolin Temple Monks in China and Yoga promote mindfulness, a peaceful heart, a still mind and feeling of ease in everyday life.

This class is especially suited to prepare the mind and body for Kungfu training.
Shaolin Kungfu demands the practitioner to have a strong mind, a powerful and flexible body that can withstand intense stamina.
The training is drawn from mind and body conditioning drills that are practiced by Shaolin Temple Masters in China.
Not for the faint hearted, it promotes a focused mind and a feeling of being revitalised to the core.
